Aurora Method® Coaching

The silence. The snapping.
The shouting.

None of it is who you are.

It's an Emotional Burnout pattern. And patterns can be changed.

Tracy Doyle helps professional women see the pattern under their burnout, so they can reclaim what it's been costing them: their wellbeing, their peace of mind, and their relationships.

As Seen In

You're not losing your mind. You're running a pattern.

The relationships that used to feel easy now feel like work. You're withdrawing from the people you love, snapping at them, or both. And you can't figure out why.

You've read the books. Done the therapy. Tried the meditation. You understand more than you used to. But somehow, the same reactions keep showing up.

And you've started to wonder: Is it me?

It's not who you are. And that's the good news because patterns can be changed.

What pattern drives your reactions?

Emotional Burnout doesn't look the same in everyone.

But the cost often shows up in the same place — the relationships that matter most, at home and at work.

Maybe you hold it all in and shut down. Maybe you simmer until you snap. Or maybe you reach the boiling point and blow.

Take the quiz to discover the Emotional Burnout pattern driving your reactions.

What Women Are Saying

You do not have to suffer silently, carry everything alone, or just 'live through' the emotion.

— Aurora Method Academy Participant

Burnout isn't a calendar problem. It isn't a workload problem. And it isn't a relationship problem.It's a pattern problem.

The pattern didn't start with your partner. Or your boss. Or the argument you had last night.

It goes deeper — to beliefs formed long before you realized they were driving how you react.

That's why you can change your schedule, read the books, do the practices, and listen to the podcasts — and still find yourself reacting in the same ways.

You may understand why you do what you do. But self-knowledge isn't always enough to interrupt it in the moment.

Change begins when you can see the beliefs underneath — how they shape what you think, what you feel, and how you relate to others — and learn to interrupt the reactions they set in motion.

That's when something different becomes possible.

More joy.
Healthier relationships.
Peace of mind.

The Aurora Method®

What was shaped can be reshaped.

Every woman I work with is running a pattern shaped by her life experiences — and how she internalized them. The Aurora Method is the way through: five phases that help you understand what shaped you, uncover the beliefs beneath your reactions, and learn how to respond differently — so you can reclaim what Emotional Burnout has been costing you.

See It.

See what shaped you.

Before you can change anything, you have to see it. You uncover the experiences that shaped how you learned to protect yourself, respond, and relate to the people around you.

Name It.

Name the beliefs underneath.

Those experiences created beliefs — about yourself, other people, and what you need to do to feel safe, loved, or enough. Naming them reveals what's been driving the pattern.

Change It.

Interrupt the reaction.

Once you can see the pattern and the beliefs beneath it, you can catch the reaction before it takes over — and choose a different response.

Practice It.

Make the new response your default.

Self-knowledge doesn't change a pattern. Practice does. You build a personalized practice that fits your life, reinforcing the new response until it becomes more natural than the old one.

Repair It.

Restore connection with those who matter most.

Burnout takes a toll on the people you love. As the inner pattern changes, you begin the outer work: rebuilding trust, restoring connection, and repairing what burnout has damaged.

And when you change what's been driving your reactions, what once felt impossible starts to become possible.

More peace. More joy. Deeper connection.

What Women Say After The Work

I have a higher level of self-forgiveness when I react to situations with old behavior. I better understand how my beliefs drive the reactions and am able to use targeted affirmative statements to re-center.

Tracy Doyle
About Tracy

I didn't just study burnout. I lived it for decades.

I was ten years old when I first learned to be the one everyone could count on. That role followed me into adulthood — at home, with family and friends, and at work.

I built and led an award-winning, multimillion-dollar company while caring for my mother and assuming custody of my sister's children.

I became very good at managing a lot. Until carrying everything — and everyone — took me to a breaking point. Twice.

It took me years to understand that what I thought was simply who I was, was actually a pattern shaped long before I had the words to understand it.

Finding my way through changed my life. And ultimately, it became the foundation for the Aurora Method.

My story didn't start with burnout. And it didn't end there.
